China Cable Factory is not a person and not a media outlet. It is the English-language brand under which Henan Huanghe Cable Co., Ltd. sells and documents its own cable to overseas buyers. The company history published there dates the business to the early 1980s restructuring of the former state-owned Xinxiang Yellow River Cable Factory, with the subsidiary Intebes Cable Co., Ltd. founded in 2016 to expand export capability.
