Electrical Wire— Manufacturer & Supplier
Electrical wire is the low-voltage wiring inside buildings and equipment: single-core wire in conduit, flat sheathed cable for room circuits, flexible wire for panels and connections, and the green/yellow earth conductor. We make all four on the Huanghe lines in Xinxiang, rated 300/500 V, 450/750 V and 0.6/1 kV, in copper or aluminium and 0.5 to 400 mm².
The four products do different jobs, so pick by how the wire is installed. Building wire (BV, BYJ, BLV, THHN) is single-core, unsheathed wire for fixed runs in conduit or trunking. Twin & earth (BVVB, RVVB) is a flat sheathed 2-core + earth cable clipped or run in walls without conduit, where local wiring rules permit. Flexible electrical wire (BVR, BVVR) has a multi-strand copper conductor for panel and equipment wiring and tight routing; the conductor class is confirmed against the standard on your order, and continuous-flex or drag-chain duty requires a separately specified cable construction. Earth / ground cable is green/yellow single-core wire used only as the protective conductor.
PVC, XLPE and LSZH insulation are available, as are FR, FRLS, LSOH and LSHF versions. Every construction is built to the standard named on your order (IEC, EN, BS, UL or CSA as reference standards); standards and certificates are confirmed per model, market and order.

Q.What is the difference between building wire and flexible wire?
Building wire (BV) has a solid Class 1 conductor as standard and is for fixed runs in conduit or trunking. Flexible wire (BVR) has a fine-stranded Class 5 conductor for panel and equipment wiring, tight routing and vibration. Class 5 improves flexibility for routing and termination; continuous-flex or drag-chain duty requires a separately specified cable construction.
Q.When should I use twin & earth instead of building wire?
Twin & earth is flat sheathed 2-core + earth cable that can be clipped or run in walls without conduit where local wiring rules permit. Building wire is unsheathed single-core wire that relies on conduit or trunking for protection.
Q.Is earth cable a different product from BV wire?
It uses the same single-core constructions (BV, BYJ, BVR and others) with green/yellow insulation, and is used only as the protective conductor for earthing and bonding.
Q.What voltages and sizes do you make?
300/500 V, 450/750 V and 0.6/1 kV, 0.5 to 400 mm². THHN / THWN is made from 14 AWG to 1500 kcmil.
Q.Are halogen-free versions available?
