All Aluminum Alloy Conductor
AAAC Cable
All-aluminium alloy conductor supplied against the project standard and exact stranding
AAAC is a bare stranded conductor made entirely from aluminium-alloy wires. The exact alloy grade, stranding, resistance, breaking load and drum plan must follow the project standard and order data sheet; this page publishes only the two factory enquiry rows currently held in the repository.
AAAC supply scope
This page is the commercial supply page for AAAC. It does not merge AAAC with ordinary AAC or steel-reinforced ACSR, and it does not create separate codeword pages. The governing standard and exact conductor schedule remain the controlling order documents.
Only two factory enquiry sheets are currently available for numerical publication, so the table is limited to those 120 mm² and 150 mm² builds. For any other size, send the standard, nominal section and required stranding and request an order-specific data sheet instead of extrapolating from these rows.
Key features
- Two traceable factory enquiry rows: 120 mm² and 150 mm²
- Published wire count and wire diameter for each documented row
- Published overall diameter, weight, DC resistance and breaking load for each documented row
- No extrapolation from these two rows to other AAAC sizes or constructions
- Governing standard and alloy grade confirmed against the RFQ
Typical applications
- RFQs for the documented AAAC 120 mm² construction
- RFQs for the documented AAAC 150 mm² construction
- Other AAAC schedules that require a separate order-specific data sheet
AAAC Factory Enquiry Data — 120 mm² and 150 mm²
Source: Huanghe factory enquiry sheets: “2026.01.12 AAAC 120全铝合金的参数” and “7.14 裸铝合金导体150mm2的参数” — values as supplied
These are two order-specific data rows, not a complete AAAC range. The 120 mm² workbook labels the product as AAAC 120 mm² in cell A3, while its nominal-section cell F3 contains a repeated winding-direction entry instead of a number; 120 mm² is therefore taken only from the product label. The 150 mm² sheet notes that the 19×3.15 stranding was customer-specified. Published weight units are retained as supplied rather than converted.

| Nominal Size | Wire Count × Diameter (mm) | Overall Diameter (mm) | Published Weight | DC Resistance at 20 °C (Ω/km) | Breaking Load (kN) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 120 mm² | 19×2.84 | 14.2 | 0.331 kg/m, ungreased | 0.2783 | 36.97 |
| 150 mm² | 19×3.15 | 15.75 | 407 kg/km | 0.223 | 48.12 |

Frequently asked questions about AAAC
Q.Why choose AAAC over ACSR?
Use AAAC when the project standard and line design specify an all-aluminium alloy conductor. ACSR includes a steel core and is a different product family. Send the exact mechanical and electrical requirements for quotation rather than substituting one family from a general comparison.
Q.What is the alloy used in AAAC?
The exact alloy grade must be stated in or confirmed against the governing standard and order data sheet. The current repository evidence gives order-specific electrical and mechanical values but does not support a blanket alloy-grade claim for every AAAC size.
Q.Can AAAC replace existing ACSR lines?
Do not substitute AAAC for ACSR from this product page. The line designer must verify sag, tension, strength, clearances, fittings and the governing standard. We quote the conductor family and construction named in the approved schedule.
